Landscape Construction: Stone, Brick, Timber & Sand

Did you just say "Buttress"?
Retaining walls: sometimes necessary, often decorative, always structural.

Gone from the refined landscape are the old railroad tie and timber walls - replaced by natural and manufactured stone and concrete products in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colors.  Careful design and utilization of  materials is key to gracefully incorporate any such mass into  a residential landscape.

Attention to both proper construction methods and aesthetic detail is critical to us
as we complete these projects.
Above the Clouds
Standing on a tall deck has always evoked a nautical urge in me, especially on a windy Autumn day.

Often the only solution to provide a level surface on a challenging slope, an array of options are available in decking and railing materials so that the finished result coordinates with and compliments your home.

On the ground or above, there's a spot for everyone.

In-between 'doors
Across the world, artists, philosophers, and craftsmen of countless cultures have recognized the importance of the humble walkway.

The ideal walkway provides an attractive, stable path leading us safely from one point to another. It should transition gracefully from the wild, organic great-outdoors to the quiet-indoors, all while coordinating with and complimenting your home.

Similarly, a patio is a place in-between. Natural, but not wild. Earthy, but not muddy.  An extension of adjoining spaces.
